It started with one rejection too many.
The idea for ResumeIQ came from a moment of frustration: watching a highly qualified friend get rejected from a role they were perfect for — because their resume didn't speak the language the ATS was listening for.
We dug into how modern recruiting works — the ATS filters, the keyword matching, the 6-second rule — and realized there was a massive gap between what candidates presented and what hiring systems were looking for.
ResumeIQ is our answer to that gap. Built by a small team of engineers and career coaches who believed AI could genuinely level the playing field.
